Welcome to the 2012 SEASON!

Good grades, great sportsmanship, unrivaled spirit and playing a clean game is what we are all about!

The 2012 season promises to continue our sixteenth year tradition of football in the Bulverde Area. Each year has brought increasing accomplishments and some great surprises. In the past 5 years, we have had multiple teams in the playoffs, Conference Championships, including League winning teams and I don’t see any signs of that changing.

In 2011, we put 5 teams into the playoffs in every playoff division. Two of those teams made it to the championship round and everyone is excited to get back to it in 2012. All of our football teams and cheer squads played well throughout the year and most importantly, HAD FUN. We are looking forward to a great 2012 season and hope to field even more teams at all levels.

There are great things to come for Bulverde football. As we continue to grow, we are most proud of the accomplishments of these scholar athletes as team players. The lessons learned on the practice field and in the classroom will forge these young people into the future leaders in and from our community. As an all-volunteer organization, the hard work of many parents, coaches and board members have been the backbone of Bulverde Football and Cheer.

Bulverde Youth Football Association Mission Statement

To provide the youth in our community with a positive and enjoyable experience in Football and Cheerleading.

To teach each child the values of participating in sports, yet still excel at their academics.

To teach each child the value of fair play, teamwork and competitiveness, both on and off the field.

To teach each participant the fundamentals of winning, while equally stressing how to act when they lose.
